Yesterday as part of the keynote speech during Microsoft's MIX08 conference, we showcased a next generation in Webmail built on Microsoft's Silverlight 2.0 technology. The new product will offer industry-leading performance, unique skinning options, and the ability to deliver rich media content. The new product is still in development, and is being designed to give users the convenience of a browser-based email service with desktop-like performance and functionality.

To learn more about the product and see a brief demo, check out an interview with two members of the Mail Team.
