41. In the old version of AOL, I use to be able to have several screen names. I don't remember what those names are and I can't seem to access it with the new version of AOL. Please advise asap. Many thanks!

42. Ijust printedout my address book and it printed out upside down and backwards. No good to me. Am I doing something wrong?

43. Last night (3/25/09) and this morning all my mail is delivered to the SPAM folder. I did not make any changes whatsoever. I also mark all the regular emails in the spam folder as "Not Spam" - doesn't make a difference, still goes into the spam folder. HELP

44. Somehow the size column is always missing, now. How do I get it to stay without having to right click it on everytime I logon? Thank you for your help.

46. I am receiving error messages that message not available constantly - this just started a few days ago. I went to the online help page and see many messages with the same error problems. What is suddenly causing these problems. I use AOL web mail.

47. I wish there was something in the settings like with the read email box in which I could set AOL News to open up in a new window. I'm not liking the way the news is opening within the email window. I have also noticed that sometimes when I click on a news link I don't see any words from the article on there and sometimes I don't even see a photo inside of the article. I thought I should let you all know about that. Thanks for reading my comment!

48. I have just been told (to my horror) that all the emails that I have been sending out using AOL Webmail have got a link to an advert at the bottom.
This seems t occur when I'm using rich text. So now I have that switched off but, of course, it means I can't use bold etc..
Adding uncalled-for links to third party sites is surely a breach of AOL's privacy rules and I have submitted feedback to this effect.
Is there a fix that will allow me to use rich text editing and my emails only to contain what I type into them, please?

49. I am trying to help a friend of mine who uses AOL & has AOL software downloaded on his pc which I don't so I'm having a hard time helping him which is made harder since he lives in another town..
Here is a small bit of his issue: when he hit's forward to forward an email he can't see what he's sending. All he has is a blank page to send the text that he is writing. The text that he originally received remains with the original e-mail. Nothing is transferred until he hit's the send button..
If you can give me some info on this issue I can translate it for him.. thank you

51. @casperangel: The mail gets forwarded as an attachment. You will not see the original mail within your own body.
@Charles Pegman: The promotion footer will be added for free accounts. Paying users can disable this in settings. This is in line with AOL's terms of service.
@LeslieSimon: This should be fixed now. Let me know if you are still experiencing the issue.
@ab1948ab: Saving those settings is a bit flaky. Try this: Enable the column and wait at least 3 minutes before signing out of webmail. This should "fix" it.
@sashione: You can manually add any account within the new version of AOL Desktop (I assume this is what you are using). To see what subaccounts you have you can go to http://parentalcontrols.aol.com

52. I registered a new domain name "wardcrosby.com" to be used with aol myeaddress 2 months ago, and I still can't get it to work. I've e-mailed myeaddress help many, many, times, and only got one response from "My eAddress Team". That was March 6th, and I haven't been able to get a response since. Can someone please help?

55. I love what's happening woth aol it marvelous. I was wondering if you guys can update the faces that appear as our mail in loading. They get kind of boring after while and its always fun to see something fresh and exciting. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Recently, when I saved anti-Jewish hatemail emailed to me, and I tried to retrieve them from my Save File for the FBI's Internet Complaint Section, IC3 and the Dayton,Ohio Police Department, all of the 25+ hate emails directed at me on March 4th and 5th, 2009 were missing from my Saved File.
How can I locate and retrieve them for the FBI and Dayton, Ohio Police Department?
