In an effort to more effectively reach out to all of you, we decided to leverage a tool much spoken about recently: Twitter.
If you are familiar with it just follow us at http://www.twitter.com/aolmail - if you don't know what it is, you might want to check out http://www.twitter.com directly. Even if you don't have an account you can always check out http://www.twitter.com/aolmail using your browser for what we have to say.
We will use twitter frequently to talk about new features, thoughts, issues or ask questions.
Let us know what you think or how you would prefer to stay in touch with us.

102. I no longer get an alert sound when incoming mail arrives on AOL, even though I have it checked in settings. How can this be corrected?

105. How do I stop the "1 message deleted Undo?" after every email I delete. This takes so much time out of my day. Have to wait 5 seconds to delete each mail. Can't read anything else while it's deleting. I'm going to have to bail on AOL after 12 years if this is not corrected. I cannot find where I can tell it I do not want confirmation on deleting mail.

107. Help me. I always read my aol mail using internet explorer 7 and it was set to read in a new window. Now when I try to read messages, there is nothing there, the message is blank, the header is blank. My pop up blocker is off in explorer. Are there settings in Macafee to turn off too? This just happened yesterday.
