22. Dear AOL,
I´d like to know if it´s true that you'll be rewarding to Mr. X with USD $ 0.32 each mail people sent with a helping message -created by Mr X- to all their contacts. This could develop a huge chain!! Former sender says he has your permission for this because it is for a charity purpouse.

23. I have been having problems with AOL for days. Can't get tech help without AOL on the desktop. I try and send mp4s via e mail that have been sent in the past, and AOL keeps saying that files must be too large (which they aren't). I even send regular mail and get a pop-up from AOL saying mail will not go through and asks me if I want to save the draft. Sometimes the draft doesn't even get saved, and I have to rewrite the entire message. Just what is the problem? I'm going to have to find another provider if this keeps up. I have a Mac, by the way.

24. These past few days, and especially 17/18th, the new Compuserve Webmail has been PATHETIC.
I've been patient before, and recently. But I am beginning to believe that my stubborn refusal to give up my long-held compuserve address may ultimately be my downfall.
And all because you just don't know how to manage an email system!!!
Pull up your socks!! Or I will have to start swearing like a mechanic!!

25. Account was working fine but for the past three days I've been unable to access my account via blackberry curve. I'm getting WAP Authentication Error... Error validating WAP authentication token. Clear cookies and try again. I've done this numerous times with no luck. Has anyone seen this or been able to resolve?

26. For the last 5 days, I haven't been able to send Email with attachments to anyone other than myself. Case# 174494440 was filed on June 15. So far the situation has not changed. I believe this is breach of contract, as the monthly fee entitles a user to be able to send Email. Not being able to put attachments on is like not having Email.

27. Hi all,
I love my compuserve classic e-mail id. It's cool and retro. The problem is I set up a bulky alias over 15 years ago and I hate it. Is there any way, I mean please, any way, I could go back to using 73363.2045@compuserve.com as my login? I really hate my long alias. Right now I actually use pop mail server, and send back through a different authenticated server that allows me to use an alias. It would make me the happiest camper on earth if you let me log on that way with the webmail. Thanks,
Rick

35.
We are being frustrated by two major problems for us here.
1. We are unable to use any of the "help" features on this site. It seems our email addresses are not recognized as "screen names" or something like that. If we have a question about the service the "help" function is useless. For example, I need the imap and smtp server names and ports and there is not way to locate that unless I find the original message you guys sent out to us about the transition.
2. We can not seem to access any of the forums. How can we find them when the Compuserve home page does not recognize our email address as a proper account?
3. You keep issuing the SSL Certificate for the site "imap" even when using "pop". This causes a warning everytime we download messages. I was told by your support folks this was to be corrected over two weeks ago. This also impacts our services that automatically download our software when using the secured access.
Please let us know what you are doing to correct this issues.
Thanks

37. Hello
Not much sense having the 'email me' function for replies when the problem is that I cannot access my email either by POP which I set up weeks ago or via the webmail address.
I am on MAC OSX 10.5.7, Firefox 3.0.11 and/or Camino. Use POP on Entourage to collect mail and 'connection to the server failed' error message. When going to the webmail address (which does not keep a Compouserve url, but diverts to an AOL) system), I receive the following error message:

39. Havn't beeen able to get access at all today - just keeps coming up with 'try again' message. And, I have to say, that a day rarely goes by when I can log on quickly and successfully - it is an absolute nightmare with many of my business emails forwarded to compuserve acount for convenience. Any chance of sorting this out properly or wil I need to change after so many years!
