1. Great work on the stationary. It'll be refreshing to see email with stationary too! I've been using AOL mail since many years, but now I have a lot of email and sometimes finding a specific one is difficult especially across folders.
The search functionality in AIM Mail is barebones. My friends however are on Gmail and can search easily and in detail. Is there any plan of upgrading the current search in AIM mail?
I'm asking because I do not want to switch to Gmail if something's already on the way.
Thanks.

2. @smartkartik: Yes, we are working on integrating cross folder search. Should be available pretty soon. We'll provide updates on this blog once available.

3. Thanks marcel. I'll be happy to stick with AOL mail as long as it has comparable search features as Gmail. I'm a loyal AOList!
Could you tell me any aproximate date/month when I can accept it even if it's tentative? I'm really looking forward to it.
Thanks/.

4. I am having two mail issues:
1. Sometimes my aol webmail is picking up my gmail. I didn't set it to do this and don't want it to do this. How can I stop this from happening?
2. Sometimes now I get new mail in my list and when I click on it, I get the headings (to/from) but the message area is blank except for the tagline/adline from aol. Very frustrating. I then have to click to save it as new mail, close aol webmail, reopen aol webmail, and then click on it again. Sometimes I have to do this several times.
What can I adjust so this will not happen?
Thanks for answers to both my questions!
I love the new features but feel like some wires are getting crossed, LOL

6. I'm very unhappy to say that after typing a very long email, I decided to use the new stationery feature. I don't know what happened but here it is...
Made a draft prior to stationery just in case...
Used the stationery feature
Decided it wasn't correct for the email (letter) and looked for something that said delete stationery. No Go
Tried to "undo". No Go
Decided I had no choice but to send it as stationery rather than possibly losing it.
Clicked send AND WAITED FOREVER..
Received a message that there was something wrong with spellcheck
Went to use the "draft" and found out it didn't save the latest version of correspondence
the "stationery" was gone
And I am very frustated.
Since the stationery email wasn't deleted or trashed, I'd like to think it is somewhere. Now prior to using the stationery, nothing this messed up has ever happened before and I have been AOL for over 13 years so please don't say I must have made a mistake!!

7. @Jody Greenhaus: I am really sorry you hear you had a bad experience with this :-(
We will certainly review the flow to make sure nothing like this happens again.
Just a couple of notes though: After you selected a stationary you can simply remove it from your mail by clicking on it again (it should switch to a "Clear" button, after you selected it)
We are also working on "auto saving drafts" so you should not worry about saving it yourself.
@Faulconjen: What browser are you using? Feel free to contact me with details: marcelbmbecker(at)aol.com

14. I am having the same issue with the mail notification. Just works part of the time. I am on Vista now, but it did it also on XP that I was using just a short time ago. ALSO, I am not getting any option for stationary at all.

15. @all: We're looking into the sound notification issue
@wire58: Make sure you are using "inline compose" to get stationaries (Change this under settings)
@t4all2001: What version of Firefox are you using? (We're not blocking anything anywhere btw ;-) )

16. I like having email stationeries. But your collection is not varied enough. And add solid colors too.

17. @ericanicole1g: We have over 100 stationaries and we will soon release more. What specifically are you missing? (We'll add the colors, great suggestion!)

20. @patty: What browser/OS are you using? Are you composing your mails "inline" (ie: not in a pop-out window?)
